RE: REQUEST FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARDS UCCSA HERITAGE WALK

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I hope this communication finds you in good health.

This communication serves to request your respective region that UCCSA Synod Botswana has organized a Heritage
Walk as a fundraising event for the church. All church organs are expected to contribute a certain amount, therefore we
request your office to contribute an amount of P1000.00 towards UCCSA’s Heritage walk. The deadline for contributions
should be end of September (September 30, 2021).

The Heritage Walk is scheduled as follows.

1. Kolobeng Walk - 9th October 2021 (covering Kolobeng, Moeding and Matsha Regions).

2. Thataganyane Walk - 16th October 2021 (covering Bojanala, Lephoi and Lesoso Regions).

In attempt to adhere to Covid-19 protocols and in being good stewards of our lives; gatherings related to the Walk
should attract not more than 30 people. Others can join the Walk virtually, e.g. walk from home to a preferred
destination by the individual or family.

Your support to this initiative will go a long way in helping the UCCSA fulfill its obligations.
