FURTHER AMENDMENT IN AIEEA(PG)) AND AICE-JRF/SRF(Ph.D) -2021
EXAMS

National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the AIEEA(PG) 2021 and AICE-
JRF/SRF(Ph.D) 2021 Entrance Exams for admission to specified Post Graduate and Doctoral
Programmes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research for the academic session 2021-22 in
September 2021.

Registrations for the exams are in progress at https://icar.nta.nic.in from 25.07.2021 to

20.08.2021.

ICAR has now advised us the following for above-mentioned exams:

“It is for the information of candidates aspiring to appear in ICAR’s AIEEA (PG) and AICE-
JRF/SRF(Ph.D.)-2021 examination that the extant eligibility requirements for admission
through these examinations already notified vide Public Notice Nos. 1(6)/2018-Exam Cell-
Part (IV) dated 24th June 2021 and Agril. Edn.1/29/2020-Exam Cell-(I) dated 10th August,
2021 with respect to the requirement of ICAR accreditation stands further modified as under:

“Considering acute COVID-19 pandemic situation and its impact on applicant

universities, the National Agricultural Education Accreditation Board (ICAR) has
decided that students from those non-accredited colleges/programmes (please refer list
attached), where Self Study Reports (SSRs) for accreditation have been submitted to
the Council on or before 17th August 2021 may appear in AIEEA to be conducted by
NTA for the Academic Session 2021-22.”

Rest of the contents in Public Notices dated 24th June, and 10th August 2021
(visit: www.icar.org.in) remains unchanged.

This is issued with the approval of Competent Authority in the Council”.

Candidates who are desirous of applying for the exams are advised to take note of the above.
