UNIT 5
7 Environmental Principles

Essay. Make a reflection about of the 7 environmental principles.

The unit number four is about seven environmental principles. These seven
environmental principles can help us understand the environmental problems that we are facing
today and can be the best way to learn about our ecosystem that is vital for the survival of living
things. The number one principle says the nature knows best. This principle is about the natural
processes of the nature itself that seems to be the best way the things should be processing. Just
means that whatever the nature think is best it is usually is the best so we humans don't have to
be a hindrance for our nature or ecosystem to do its work because the ecosystem knows what
needs to be done and it is also for our own sake. We just have to be a little more understanding or
we have to know more about your ecosystem to have an idea how the ecosystem or the nature
works best. I learned that as we are still learning about your ecosystem, we should really stop
doing harmful things that could affect our nature and that will eventually affect us, the living
things. The second principle says that all forms of life are important. It literally means that all
different organisms have a role in nature. We may not know everything the role of organisms but
one thing is for sure that each form of life is important. Even those creatures that we find
irritating, nonsense, creepy are vital and has its important roles in the in the ecosystem. The third
principle says that everything is connected to everything else. It is related to the second principle.
It just means that everything is connected to each other and everyone has its vital role so every
organism is important. The number four principle says everything changes. This phrase is very
popular and ecosystem relates to this phrase. In our everyday life we can easily noticed that there
are things that are continuously evolving some are for the better but there are changes for the
worse. Our ecosystem is doing its best to go with the flow with the inevitable changes. But there
are changes that are caused by the transitioning of human lifestyle that could negatively affect
our nature. We must strengthen our relationship with the environment because this is where we
live in and however the environment or the nature reacts to our harmful activities will eventually
backfire to us humans so we should be very careful. The fifth principal states that it is important
that one becomes aware of the different types of waste because it will just make our ecosystem
suffer. However, we should be aware of the wastes we are throwing even though the ecosystem
has an ability to reconversion of the toxic waste into useful form. The sixth principle says that
ours is a finite earth. The earth can sustain or demands of resources only if we take the nature
into serious consideration. The seventh principle states that nature is beautiful and we are
stewards of God's creation. For me it's true. God give us control all over his creations and I
believe that as humans we should maintain and take care of our environment because this is
where we live in and we must take care of it.
In this unit I learned that ecosystem has its changes and that are complicated to
understand but it is worth it. It is important that we know our ecosystem well because we live in
it and I think the best way is to help or ecosystem adapt to the inevitable changes and doing so
could strengthen and lengthen the Earth's life.
