My signature strengths Behavioral Manifestations. How is the signature strength shown in your
behavior/s?
1. Appreciation of beauty I have a wide interest when it comes to music and films. I get really
and excellence energized whenever I hear a beautiful piece of music or if I get to see a
well-crafted film, artwork, etc.
I also enjoy watching sceneries even if I am not doing anything else.
I also get inspired whenever I meet people who are passionate about
what they are doing.
2. Spirituality I get motivated and feel refreshed whenever I spend time meditating or
practicing mindfulness. I also get really energized whenever I attend
mass and remind myself of my purpose or my mission statement.
3. Fairness I try to give people a chance, even if I don’t agree with what they’re
saying. I try to understand where they’re coming from and I try to be
mindful of my behavior towards people who don’t think or behave the
same way as I do.
4. Humility I don’t enjoy being the center of attention. I also don’t enjoy when
people talk about “my accomplishments” because I feel like my
accomplishments are not really entirely my own. I feel that whatever I
was able to do, was in part due to the support, the environment, the
time of the people around me. And I feel like they are more deserving of
the praise or the well wishes for whatever good I did.
5. Honesty I realize I feel so much better whenever I get to speak my feelings. I have
a hard time “bypassing” rules even when it is necessary. I’m more rigid,
inflexible than I initially thought so.

Answer this question in 100 words. How did the signature strength/s help in the adjustments that
you made in the current social environment? Which signature strength is most helpful?

The signature strengths helped me adjust by prompting me to move and to do things for other people.
The appreciation I have for beauty/excellence and spirituality helps me orient myself towards the big
picture or the purpose I see in my life, and to face the challenges in life. The most helpful would be the
recently mentioned appreciation & spirituality because they give me a paradigm that moves out of the
self, and make me less likely to feel alone in the world.
