Guidelines for COVID-19 Vaccination in

Pakistan
The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Pakistan encourages Filipinos to get vaccinated for
their own safety and in solidarity with the global effort to contain the COVID-19 pandemic.

Employers/Foreign Placement Agencies as principals are primarily responsible for ensuring that
Overseas Filipino Workers are vaccinated upon their request. Foreigners are also free to register
themselves on the Nadra website and go to a vaccination center on their own.

Below are detailed guidelines including information on vaccination sites in major cities (Islamabad,
Lahore and Karachi). Note that as per the Pakistan Government, vaccination is free, but a fee may
be paid to Nadra for the certificate.

1. REGISTRATION

Foreign Nationals can register for Covid-19 Vaccination program.

Provide your passport number along with valid Mobile Number to check if your
information is available in NIMS and register yourself for vaccination.

Note: Currently registration for age group 30+ is in process. In case of any issue during
registration, please send email to official@ncoc.gov.pk with snapshot of passport and visa.
You may also walk in to any vaccination center and lodge your complaint regarding
registration. Please keep updated with local guidelines for any changes in the allowed age.

2. WALK-IN TO VACCINATION CENTRE

Just walk-in to nearest center for vaccination

3. VERIFICATION COUNTER

Health staff will verify passport number & pin code and confirm you entry in NIMS

4. VACCINATION COUNTER

You will be vaccinated upon your turn

5. MONITORING

After vaccine administration, you will be required to stay for 30 minutes for monitoring

Issuance of Immunization certificate

Provide your passport number and other information to download the COVID-19 vaccination
certificate. Certificate fees can be paid by debit or credit card.
Certificate can also be downloaded in case of partial vaccination.
