1.6.5 Solve division number sentences involving any number within 100 000 by up to two-

digit numbers, 100 and 1000.
By the end of the lesson, most of the pupils will be able to:-
LEARNING OBJECTIVES 1. Solve division number sentences correctly.

Answer at least 4 out of 6 questions correctly in the exercise.

SUCCESS CRITERIA
(Text book – Page 30 - 36 )
1. Pupils listen to teacher LO.
2. Teacher writes a division number sentence on white board and guide pupils to solve the
number sentence using standard method correctly.
3. In group of fours, pupils are asked to multiply given number sentence on majong paper
ACTIVITIES
and paste it on the wall. Then the member of the other group will come to observe their
work. (21st CA)
4. Pupils are ask to come up with their own number sentence with specific product. (HOTS)
4. Pupils do activity book (Page 43 ). (CBA)
5. Teacher summarizes the lesson for today.
