 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF TOOL

The purpose of this tool is to compile all the different PNA groups incidents into
one list pr. Community
To see where the PNA groups agree and disagree
Purpose
To verfiy incidetns and to delete incidents that occurs in several groups, i.e. an
incident should only be listed one time and not more than once, eventhough
different groups have listed it.

Both the M&E team and CS teams should sit down and go through each of the

In the correct column you fill in what the different groups agree and disagree on.
Be specific and remeber to add what groups are agreeing and disagreeing.

An example: The women and the youth agreed that firearm accidents were
occuring in the communtiy and that people were carrying around firearms. The
men did not mention anything about firearm accidents, but listed that they needed
a place to store their firearms
How to fill
