particularly in water refilling station.

1. How long does it take for the return of investment to be recovered?


Answer:

2. How much does it cost for the maintenance of the business from the beginning until
present operation?

Answer:
Building Construction: 25sqm water refilling station ay nasa Php250,000.
Multicab for Delivery: Php120,000
Franchise Price: Php 298,000.
Permits & Legal Documents: Php50,000

Ang average price ng 5-gallon water ay Php25/each. Additionally, ang


operating days ay from Monday to Sunday.
Php2,500 (100 5-gallon container) – estimated sales per day
Php75,000 – total sales in a month

Expenses: Labor Cost 2 staff (Php26,000); Nawasa (Php4,000); Electricity


(Php8,000) Fuel (Php3,000), Other Misc (Php13,000) = Php54,000

Income: Php21,000

3. How does competitors around the area affect the business? Any strategies?
Answer:
Competition is always there since we are 3 water station here in our
barrio, the advantage is we are on Middle location & Aside from Water
Refilling, we also have Rice Retailer & Franchisor, Bills Payment, LPG
Business as a Marketing Strategies.

4. How important it is to keep good records of supplies in the business e.g., bottles and
dispensers?
Answer:
We are Monitor Everything Especially bottles & Dispensers, we are
tracking it manually for now, we have log book for it, to avoid losses &
unclaimed bottles to the customers to avoid also Delayed on the other
Customer’s order. For now, we encountered it just a minimal, & on the
process we are going it to Improve more.

5. How effective does manual monitoring of inventory of sales and tracking of


customers records in the business?
Answer:
For now, since we are starting this business few months ago, we are
doing manual monitoring & I can say it is more Challenging but soon we
are going to Upgrade our sales & tracking to automate it.
