IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We inform you that during the scheduled breaks the candidates under 18 may not leave the premises (either alone or accompanied). The signed consent
will be used by the candidates at the end of the examination.

CHILDREN AGED 0 TO 10 – PICK UP AT THE END OF THE EXAMINATION

All children aged between 0 and 10 years may not leave the premises at the end of the examination without the presence of a parent, legal/ authorised
guardian. The collection will be done in candidate number order in accordance with the schedule published in the Confirmation of Entry.

CHILDREN AGED 11 TO 17 – PICK UP AT THE END OF THE EXAMINATION

Children aged between 11 and 17 may leave the premises at the end of the examination only if this consent form is provided to the Childcare Assistant
before the examination starts.
