Alain de botton “Art as Therapy”
Based on the interview how did Mr de Botton answer the following questions?

Why art has therapeutic value?

It has a therapeutic value because we have grown. Because we are intelligent, people
have still need to be told things like art has no point, art is a waste of time, but its
importance is great. We'll think that when we go into museums because no one knows
why. It's more like we wanted to draw attention to the fact that art can be used to answer
a question even though people won't often believe that it is purposeful, which is the truth.
While these things are true, the assertion put forward in the book is invalid because of its
purposefulness. resistance to the idea that the book's art had was going to do for; even if
it draws attention to the way it, it is useful

What role does an art critic have in influencing public about art?

Art critics write reviews for the general public or for a more selective audience. Taking
their word for it would be a foolish course of action. Art critics judge the artist based on
the use of rational and objective elements. to determine if something is informal or formal,
they apply a four-step methodology: describing, analysing, evaluating, interpreferring and
determining if something is informal

How does art work in terms of being force in political or social change?

Society is subject to change, opinions, and values, as well as personal experiences,

through the influence of art. Art can be considered communication if diverse people from
different eras and regions can do so with each other through pictures, sounds, stories,
and images. Art can lead to social change.
How art may have meaning?

You could say that you understand this piece of music in multiple ways. Formal phr: No
right or wrong answers, but at least we're talking about it. Art can be magnified because
there is so much going on in it. Once you begin to speak in more personal and emotional
terms, you'll have a broader range of reactions, and we're trying to encourage people to
cook from scratch so they can do their own dishes.

Comment about Mr. Alain de Botton’s talk about art. How do you find it? What have
you learned?

He doesn't have much experience when it comes to art, but it's also undeniable that I
learned some things when it comes to art because of his speech, such as, Art is begin in
personal and emotional terms.
