I have been employed in Princess Cruise Ship Corporation since 2015 in their hospitality department as a
Food and Beverages Junior Waiter. During my tenure with Princess Cruise Ship Corporation, I did an

Communicate well through written and verbal; Develop organizing skills; Work independently without
supervision and develop increased ability to follow through complex instructions to ensure that the job
gets done.

However, due to Covid-19 Pandemic, I am forced to not finish my contract ang leave home to the
Philippines.

I have written this letter to humbly ask from your good office a letter of recommendation for a teaching
position in DepEd. I am a graduate of BS __________ in ______________ and the skills I have learned
during my stay in an international cruise is a valuable knowledge that I can share to aspiring students in
the Hospitality Industry. My ability to effectively communicate with those people in-person made me
feel confident that I can also be an effective teacher in my endeavor for this noble profession.
Furthermore, my willingness to offer assistance and establish rapport with my constituents including our
guests/passengers, employers and other professional organization will be of great help as I decide to
take a new course in my career.
