Every sunday night my family an I go to a dinner. And for the first time we will try a

restaurant which have delicious delicacies and is known in our place. Upon ordering we ordered

various of food specially the best selling one's also we ordered a whole fride chicken because we

all know that one of the favorite meal of a Filipino is fried chicken. And when the meals are

served we all grab a bite and all is good but not the chicken itself. The chicken is nice golden

brown outside but bloody hell inside, we immediately called a staff to adress the concern. And

the staffs are approachable and easy to talk with and they do a quick way to find a solution. And

their solution was to give us a new whole chicken that is cooked thoroughly and give it free to us

because it is their negligence. We were grateful for the solution that they have made and I hoped

that it will never happen again to the other customers. Because As per the USDA said, the

temperature is awesome and just genuine approach to tell in case chicken is completely cooked

and prepared to eat. That implies that all pieces of the chicken should arrive at least interior

temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit before you dig in to. In case that the chicken is raw it can

give you different illness considering what Young (2018) said, If ever you ate a raw chicken it

could contain salmonella or campylobacter or in a worst case scenario it could be both. Which

can lead humans to: Food Poisoning, Typhoid Fever, Enteric fever, gastroenteritis or other

illness. In addition The most common symptoms that occur after eating raw chicken that contains

one or more of these pathogens are: Abdominal Cramps, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever,

headache and muscle pain.

If I will have an own restaurant or will be a staff in the near future, I will follow this

steps: According to Welch (2020) Food contamination is a typical and conceivably genuine
medical issue. Luckily, there are steps you can take to lessen your risk.Whenever conceivable,

it's ideal to utilize various sheets for cutting produce and meat to forestall cross-

contamination. An assessed 48 million Americans contract foodborne sicknesses consistently,

and of these, 3,000 individuals bite the dust, as indicated by the Centers for Disease Control and

Prevention (CDC). Regardless of whether cooking at home or eating out, you can find ways to

ensure the food you eat is however protected as it could be nutritious. Here are must-realize

wellbeing tips for dealing with, cooking, and putting away food to forestall food contamination

brought about by microorganisms like salmonella. According to Welch, here are basic steps to

prevent food contamination: Prevent cross-contamination, At the point when you're food

shopping, juices from crude meat, poultry, or fish, which might hold onto microorganisms, can

dribble onto produce, expanding your danger of food contamination from microscopic organisms

like salmonella. Put meat and fish in plastic sacks prior to placing them into your shopping

basket to keep them separate from your products of the soil. Have them sacked independently at

the checkout, as well, and afterward store these food varieties separated in your fridge. While

getting ready food, cut up produce first or utilize an alternate cutting board for crude meats and

fish, if conceivable. What's more, make certain to clean up, cutting sheets, ledges, and utensils

completely with cleanser and boiling water in the wake of taking care of crude meat, poultry, or

fish. Based on her statement if I were the staff, Everytime I would go to a grocery and their is a

frozen goods I will pack the goods depending on the quantity that I need for example I bought a

five kilos of raw beef I will grab a resealable plastic bag and put one kilograms of beef per

plastic so in that case everytime I need to cook I will just grab the whole plastic so in that way

the rest will not be unfrozen because If you unfrozen a meet and put it back in the freezer the
meat can be contaminated because it was towed already so it is much better to only grab the

quantity of the meat that you will need. Second, Always check the package date. When buying

bundled food, make certain to check the lapse dates, particularly on profoundly short-lived things

like dairy, meat, and poultry items. Try not to purchase any food with a termination date that has

passed or utilize any food that smells terrible. In the event that you don't see a foul smell until

you're home and can open the bundle, call the store to get some information about bringing it

back. Additionally keep away from any bundled food that has a messed up seal or wrap, and

don't accepting food in jars that have been marked or are protruding, as this might be a sign of

bacterial pollution. Especially in the middle of the pandemic based on my experience their are

some promo products like Buy 2 Coffee Packs then you will recieve a free pack of coffee. At

first I was mesmerized but upon checking the expiration date it will be expired in within a week

and how will I even consume a pack of coffee within a week. And that's the reason why I didn't

bought it because it will be expired within a week. Third, Store food safely to avoid food

poisoning. Make certain to consistently refrigerate transient food varieties as quickly as time

permits. Food varieties that require refrigeration incorporate meat, dairy, fish, eggs, newly pre-

arranged food varieties, and whatever else that has a name saying it ought to be refrigerated in

the wake of opening, like mayonnaise. Try not to forget about nourishment for over two hours,

or one hour if the air temperature is 90 degrees F or more. Keep your fridge at 40 degrees F, and

your cooler at 0 degrees F. What's more, in case you're unsure with regards to the security of a

food on the off chance that it simply doesn't smell or look right, for example utilize the old

principle: "If all else fails, toss it out. Fourth way to prevent food contamination. Proper

Handwashing. Handwashing previously and during food planning with cleanser and boiling
water is vital for forestalling food contamination brought about by microbes like salmonella and

E. coli. Be especially cautious with regards to cleaning up subsequent to utilizing the restroom,

changing a diaper, or getting after a pet. Wash cutting sheets and ledges much of the time,

particularly after they interact with crude meat, poultry, or fish. Fifth, Washing of fruits and

Vegetables is advisable but Washing of meat, poultry or eggs isn't. Washing produce helps

eliminate destructive microorganisms like E. coli from the outer layer of products of the soil. To

do as such appropriately, first eliminate any parts that are wounded or harmed and wash under

running water. Try not to utilize cleanser, fade, or any business produce washes.  Firm produce

like melons or cucumbers can be scoured with a perfect produce brush. Washed foods grown

from the ground ought to be dried with a paper towel or clean material towel. Try not to wash

meat, poultry, or eggs, as this can really spread microorganisms. And Lastly in any kind of food

always cook them thoroughly. Warmth kills microbes. Utilize a meat thermometer to decide the

temperature of food when preparing. Ground hamburger, veal, pork, and sheep should arrive at

an interior temperature of 160 degrees F. Steaks ought to be cooked to 145 degrees F. While

marinating food sources, make certain to do as such in the ice chest rather than on the counter,

where microbes can increase rapidly. Furthermore, never serve the marinade wherein crude

meat, poultry, or fish has been set without cooking it to a bubble first.

To Conclude, Kitchen security mindfulness is significant wether a staff or a restaurant

owner, during food arrangement and cooking, just as during tidy up and every day living.

Understanding the risks present in the kitchen can assist you with abstaining from causing a
mishap or exposing your family to an episode of food contamination. It is important to keep your

kitchen clean because the food you produce is going into people’s bodies. The possibility of

getting someone sick is always there and a responsible manager will do whatever it takes to

maintain an environment that is safe for preparing food. The kitchen is the essential thing that

you want to keep on your mind, where you were working in a professional kitchen. But you are

working at home in a particular order—one of the most important things to remember when

working, especially in a professional kitchen. Some probability you won’t know what is right or

what is wrong, what is the right thing to make the kitchen safety rules. So you need to train and

educated on Kitchen safety properly. following the steps above can help a lot especially in the

food industry. It is Important to always comply to the food safety procedures so in that way you

will have a perfect and easy going restaurant.
