3、1 Keypad Definition

Notice :
1. Make control line and power line separately when connect to main controller.
2. To be sure the match of the open/close door output logic of door controller and
the Open/close door input signal logic of main controller, when connect to the
signal of Open\close.
The initial status of door controller is normal close(NC).
User can select relevant logic status:
Terminal A2—open limit, normal open(NO).
Terminal A3—close limit, normal open(NO).
Terminal (C2-C3)---limit output, signal common terminal.

1、From DC torque boost level value P05、acceleration time d28 ,accelerate to low-
speed open frequency P15, then to perform open door original running.
2、when door position pulse d03, start with target frequency d16 and acceleration
time d29, with acceleration time d29 ,accelerate to target frequency d16,then
perform high-speed open door running
(high-speed frequency be set a common section . as: d16=d17=d18=d19=k).
3、when door position pulse d07,start with target frenquencyd20 and acceleration
time d33, accelerate to target frequent d20,then to perform low-speed running of
open door over.
4、when door position pulsed08, start with keeping frequency d21
keeping current d40,to keep torque of door in that position.

notice:
1. high-speed section of open usually is the same section as: d16=d17=d18=d19=k,
Correspondingly, the acceleration/ deceleration parameter: d30,d31 and d32 are
void.
2. Refer to figure 2, through adjusting some of speed section、acceleration
/deceleration time or door position pulses, to get preferable run curve.
It is defined : when open door is completed, the door position pulses are 100%,
when close door is completed ,the door position pulses is 0%.
3. To keep frequency of door opening completed is d21 and the current is d40.
Keep time is d42,and the range is 0.1 to 999(s) ,when d42 is set as 0,it will
be keep forever .
4、If opening torque of low-speed is small, the value of P05 can be increased
appropriately.

2、when door position pulse d09, start with target frequency d23 and acceleration
time d35, to perform high-speed close door running, (high-speed frequent be set
a common section as: d23=d24=d25=d26=k).
3、when door position pulse d13,start with target frenquencyd27 and acceleration
time d39, to perform low-speed running of close door over.
4、when door position pulsed02, start with keeping frequent d14, to keep torque of
door in that position.

Notice :
1、high-speed section of close usually is set the same section as:
d23=d24=d25=d26=k. Correspondingly, the acceleration parameter: d36,d37 and
d38 are void.
2、 Refer to figure 3, through adjusting some of speed section、acceleration time or
door position pulses ,to perform running run curve.
It is defined : when open door is completed, the door position pulses are 100%,
when open door is completed ,the door position pulses is 0%.
3、To keep frequency of door closing completed is d21 and the current is d40. Keep
time is d42, the range is 0.1 to 999(s) , when d42 is set as 0, it will be keep
forever.
4、during close door, if the resistance of closing the door exceeds the permissible
value ,then the door is opened. There some corresponding parameters must be
set as P64(low-speed zone), P65(high-speed zone), dividing parameter is
P66 .The parameter is smaller, the force of opening door is stronger.
5、If closing torque of low-speed is small, the value of P05 can be increased
appropriately.
6、Basic procedure 1
Before the door controller is sent out from factory, the Autotune of door
width pulses and function parameters are completed. If user requires

7、 Basic procedure 2
When the motor or encoder or logic of limit switch(NO/NC) is changed,
or Autotune the door width pulses is done again. The following procedure must to
be sure.
7.1. Confirmation of the I/O signal (parameter n16,n17).monitor.
Parameter n16 is the monitor of input signal, it includes: ①~⑨。
Parameter n17 is the monitor of output signal, it includes: Open limit output
signal, close limit output signal, error output signal.
Press button to switch the parameter n mode ,and press or button To get
relevant monitor parameter, then press , can know the state of signal refer to
figure 4 .

notice:1. If motor dose not run, to increase properly the value of parameter P05.
2. If the rotation direction is not right, to change motor phases.
3、Autotune
condition:to set P09=3;P63=0;P67=0
process:1、to sure the encoder pulse(P52)、motor pole(P51)
2、press +RUN button,to start Autotune。
3、when the LED shows “End”, Autotune is finished (the door width
pulse is saved in parameter d01).
4、press “STOP” button to reset ,(“End”---“000”)At the same
time, the value of parameter P09 is set as 1 by self.
5、press +RUN and +RUN button to check the door running
normally.
6、resume initial value of parameter
P08、P63、P67(P08=2,P63=0,P67=300).
notice:In the course of Autotune, if motor torque is small, the value of parameter
P52 can be increased.
