2.1 The sttaff must coomprehend all a the electrrical schemattic diagram and commisssioning matterials beforee on site
commissionning.
2.2 Keep thhe site (the machine room, shaft, pit, caabin, car top, landing doors, etc.) clean and tidy.
2.3 After fiinishing the connection
c off wirings, it mmust be doub ble checked, especially thhe main poweer input, safetty circuit,
car dooor locks, lannding door lo ock circuit, llimit switchees, terminal switches, alsso the encod der connectioon.All the
connecttions must bee firm.
2.4 Mechannical and elecctrical equipmment preparatiions are good d enough for operation.
o
2.5 Reviewwing whether the ground wirew of three--phase five-w wire system connects
c to thhe control caabinet on the grounded
copper bar, and the grouund resistancee is ≤4Ω.
2.6 Electriccal and mechaanical parts of
o the monom mer already haad the necessaary inspectionn, testing and
d commissionning.
2.7 Cabin along the enntire shaft wiithout obstrucction, collisio on, and the safety distannce shall com mply with thee relevant
provisions.
2.8 The stafff should be careful

3.1 System Description:

CTRL771 elevator inntegrated controller is seeparated into o synchronou us machine m model and asynchronous
a machine
model,bothh software and hardware area different, CTRL71 haas its own debugging operrator on the mainboard,
m itt achieves
high voltagge into the mootherboard. This article maainly introducces the synch
hronous machhine models.
When C CTRL71 system is applicaable to synchrronous motorr, there are mainly
m two kinnds of PG card, such as PG-E3 and
PG-X3, acccording to thee different enncoders used by the motorr.When CTRL71 system iis suitable for asynchronoous motor,
the encoderr used is PG-BB3.
A、 PG-E3 is the form of plug-in in
nterface, and iits PG interfaace signal is described

6.1 Tuninng instructionn
a) Magnetic pole position id
dentification must be carrried out beforre the first opperation of th
he synchronoous motor,
otherwise it cannot
c be useed normally aand is extremeely dangerous;
b) For safety, thhe elevator must
m motor seelf-learning under
u the maiintenance staate, can choose to stop thee engine's
self-study orr rotary engiine's study, from the op
perating conv
venience andd safety, we suggest to stop type
self-learning,, rotate engin
ne's self learniing, the moto
or can't hang rope
r and brakke to open.
c) During the leearning proceess, there willl be a large excitation sound of the syynchronous motor,
m and thhe process
will last forr a few minu
utes. If theree is anything
g wrong witth the learniing process, it should bee stopped
immediately.. During the whole
w processs, if there is any
a reported fault,
f please sstart the self-learning agaiin.
d) When replacing the encod
der of the synnchronous mo
otor, the self-learning of thhe motor musst be carried out
o again.

6.2 Synchhronous motoor stop type seelf - learning operation steeps
a) Ensure that thhe UVW pow

01, k1-02, kk1-03, k1-04,, k1-05, k1-0
09 accordingg to the parameters of the
t motor
nameplate annd encoder, If there is no pole numberr or log number (log num
mber is two tiimes of the number
n of
ppoles) on thee nameplate of
o the host maachine, it can
n be calculateed as P = (1200*f)/N, wheree N is the speeed of the
motor, f is thhe frequency of
o the host m
machine, P is the

o poles of thee host machin
ne, and then filled

c) Make sure thhat the encod
der of the maain engine is connected to
o PG, and rellease the holding brake for

time by manuual or electricc means to m

c be self-leearning step by step, andd is set as
K1-08= 1-3-44 to completee host self-leaarning;
e) Gently movee the elevatorr in inspectionn state, obserrve whether the
t elevator iis running in the oppositee direction
and whether the main boaard has reportted faults. If the
t direction is opposite, sset the runnin
ng direction inn k1-07 to
bbe reversed, Then
T set K1-08 as 4 to reddo the motor self-learning,If the elevaator is runnin

10.1 Shaft self-learningg condition:
1)The eelevator is in inspection/em mergency eleectric state an nd can be insppection/emerggency electricc operation;
2)The eencoder signaal is correct: TheT pulse inccreases when the motor is running up foor inspection//emergency;W When
inspection/eemergency ellectric runnin ng up, the pullse decreases;;
It cann be judged byb monitoring g the change oof the parameeter K4-02 pu ulse (or the innitial interfacee pulse numbber of the
operator).
If thee pulse decreaases when maaintenance gooes up, or increases when maintenance goes down, please p modifyy the
"phase sequuence" inversse phase in paarameter K1-000.
3)All sw witches of thhe safety circu
uit, all floor loocks, car lock
ks, upper limiit switches, loower limit swwitches and foorced
speed switcches are instaalled correctlyy, normally annd effectively y, and cannot be short-connnected;

10.2 Shaft self-learningg method:


1)Whenn the elevatorr is on any no on-terminal fl

a conditiions are met, make the elevator in inspeection/
electriic state state. Set operator parameter K11-08 to 2 (sett as 1: shaft seelf-learning 11, do not clearr K4-03 grouup of
parammeters;Set as 2: 2 shaft self-leearning 2, cleear k4-04 paraameters), thatt is, Shaft sellf-learning is ready;
2)Whenn the shaft is ready for leaarning, switchh the elevatorr from inspecttion/emergenncy electric state to normall state. At
this pooint, the shaftt will start fro
om learning, tthe elevator will
w automaticcally run to thhe lower statiion to stop thhe elevator,
and thhen automaticcally go up to learn the flooor parameterss until the upp per station.
3)Durinng the shaft self-learning
s process,
p if thee normal statee is changed to the inspecttion/emergen ncy electric sttate, the
shaft selff-learning willl stop.
4)Whenn the well sellf - learning is not successsful or the selff - learning breaks down, Fault reportted E3/E4/E20/E22,

receiving thhe power failuure or fire staatus signal, Thhe setting vallue can be "0" or "1"; Wheen set to "0", it means thatt it is not
necessary too return to thhe base stationn first; when set to "1", it means
m that it is necessary to return to thhe base statioon first.
"MaxL Lifts" means the maximum m number of eelevators thatt can be operaated simultanneously at thee next time unnder
power failuure or fire prootection, whicch is related too the provisioon of backup power for the he elevator sysstem.Values range

from 0 to thhe number off elevators in the elevator ggroup.
"Orderr" represents the Order of elevator disppatch in the sttate of power failure or firre fighting, an nd each numbber
following itt represents thhe dispatch sequence num mber of an eleevator in the corresponding
c g position.
“Availl” refers to elevator dispatch during pow wer outages oro fire fightin
ng, or if a lift is running, an
