A. Subject Description:
This study equips students with knowledge of the practical, philosophical, and social relevance of ethics in order to
hone students’ ability to create good decisions from a moral standpoint. It aims to develop students’ critical mindset on the
morality of human action using the different theories on moral philosophy. It will also tackle different ethical issues faced in
the verge of technology such as violations on human dignity and cyberspace.
B. Objectives:
At the end of the course, you should be able to:
1. Differentiate between moral and non-moral problems;
2. Explain the influence of Filipino culture on the way students look at moral experiences and solve moral dilemmas;
3. Describe the elements of moral development and moral experiences;
4. Use ethical frameworks or principles to analyze moral experiences;
5. Make sound ethical judgments and actions based on present conditions, principles, facts, and values.

2. Multimedia Output (Individual Ethical Video Analysis) - Performance Task
● Guidelines:
- Create a video/vlog showing an ethical behavior in a particular situation or issue within the
school, family, or community.
- Vlog must be at least 1 min and must not exceed to 2 mins.
● Submission Due Date: on or before the Final Exam
● Criteria:
- 20 %- Cinematography
- 40 %- Content
- 20 %- Organization of Thoughts
- 20 %- Creativity
- 100% - Total Performance
