Conceptual Framework

Conceptual Framework The conceptual frame work of the study provides direction to help attain
the main objectives of the study. This study aims to know what most factor affect the consumers
decision in purchasing ecofriendly products . The paradigm that follows shows the influence of
the independent variable to the dependent variable. The frame 1 is independent variable which
the consumer perceptions attitudes and purchase intention and frame 2 is dependent variable
which is Purchase/purchasing of eco-friendly products.

Definition of terms
For deeper understanding here are the important terms that will be discussed in the study:
Eco- friendly- not harmful to the environment.
Green Products- A green product is a sustainable product designed to minimize its
environmental impacts during its whole life-cycle and even after it’s of no use.
Consumer- a person who purchases goods and services for personal use.
Quality- the standard of something that as measured against other things of a similar kind, the
degree of excellence of something.
Price- the amount of money expected, required or given in payment for something.
Lifestyle- the way in which a person or group lives.
Perception- the state of being or process of becoming aware of something through the senses.
Purchase Intention- willingness to buy a given product at a specific time or in a specific
situation.
Spending Habits- acquired behavior pattern that is followed so regularly it’s almost involuntary
