• Ground shall be free from underground
utilities before ground grading starts. Trial pits
/ excavatio n shall be conducted first around
the area to be sure that it is free from utility
lines such as power, water , gas and sewer
lines.
• Load bearing capacity of the ground (high
water table/loose/wet soil hazards) shall be
checked prior to allowing equipme nt/vehicle
to enter the area to prevent bogged
down/unstable/overturn,
