Why is writing known as a recursive process?

Answer:
Writing is Recursive Process:
“Cursive” comes from the Latin word currere, meaning “to run.” Combine this
meaning with the English prefix “re-” (to do again), and you have some clues for
the meaning of “recursive.”
Writing is a process.
Recursive simply means that each step you take in your writing process will feed
into other steps. Due to the repetition of words, clarification of ideas takes place,
that’s why writing is called a recursive process. We know that a procedure in
which one of the steps involve invoking the procedure itself. Hence, we say
writing includes idea of repetition and refinement involved.

How ‘Unity’ is generally maintained in writing?

Answer:

Unity in Writing:
Unity means that each paragraph has only one main idea (expressed in the topic
sentences) and that all other sentences and details in that paragraph revolve around
that main idea.  If a sentence or detail does not adhere closely to the central idea
expressed in the topic sentence, it does not belong in that paragraph.  If a new
main idea comes up, a new paragraph is needed.
Maintained Unity in writing:
There are three ways to achieved paragraph unity when having technical writing.
1. Keep each paragraph focused on one topic by having a clear topic sentence and
strong supporting details that focus on one topic.
2. Keep all paragraphs focused on one thesis that is included in the introductory
paragraph.
3. Use a similar structure for the sentences in each paragraph. It is very important
when writing a paragraph to focus on one topic. Meaning to say, discussion and
thoughts of the topic must be connecting with each other until the end of the
writing process to avoid confusion of the reader.
Differentiate between Information Memo and Problem Solving Memo in detail.
Ans : Information Memo:
Information memo is used to deliver or request information or assistance.
Structure:
 First part provides main idea.
 Second part expands on the details.
 Third part outlines the action required.
Problem Solving Memo
This type of memo suggests a specific action to improve a situation.
Structure:
 First part states the problem and gets right to it.
 Second part analyzes the problem with details pertaining to who and what is
affected by the Problem.
 Third part makes a recommendation. When making a recommendation,
include not only the
 Positive details but also the drawbacks and diffuse them yourself to
minimize the problem.

Information Memo:
 An information memo sometimes known as sales memo is a document produced prior to
selling our business and essentially function as your pitch to any buyers.
 Memo starts with some information in information memo.
 Information memo have a topic and information to put within.
 Information memo document is a chance to put forward the positive aspects of your
business.

Problem Solving Memo :

 Following an problem solving memo organizations have problems to solve. They solve
problems y the help of memo.
 Memo starts with problem statement in the problem statement.
 Problem memo is to solve the problems in the following steps.
 Problem solving memo helps in growing the business.
CORONA virus has erupted in your campus and daily above 10 students are diagnosed
positive. In this scenario, compose a complaint letter to Director Campus. First state the
problem in detail: include facts as evidence. Second, identify the causes; third, propose
remedial measures that may improve the situation.

Dear Sir: I am writing you this complaint letter as corona virus has erupted in our campus.
We all know that this pandemic has erupted the whole world for two years. In this time our little
mistake can kill several lives. Also, in our campus from last two weeks the number of corona
positive cases is increasing and daily about 10 new cases are reported. These students tested
themselves by different laboratories and their reports are attached.
We can say due to different reasons this virus has outbreak in our campus. We must not have
followed the sops properly and have interactions with each other.
To improve this situation, we must strictly follow all sops if someone does not then it should be
fined.
