warning systems can reduce the disruptive impacts of a natural disaster on
communities. Mitigation measures such as adoption of zoning, land-use
practices, and building codes are needed, however, to prevent or reduce
actual damage from hazards.

4. I will advise him that lockdown should be extended so that the tendency
of the people to get infected would reduce and more strict rules for the
people those break the lockdown.

plans before it will happen such as, informing the residents on what should
they do, setting funds for the possible affected residents, managing
evacuation centers for possible evacuates and etc.
