1. Badminton is a sport of racquet played by two opponents (singles) or two opponents (doubles).
Players or pairs are divided by a net on opposing half of a rectangular courtyard. In contrast to
many racket sports, badminton does not use a ball: badminton employs a feathered shuttle. The
Shuttle Badminton is always played inside as it's significantly impacted by the wind.

The foundation of the badminton game dates from a battledore game practiced in old Greece,
China and India for at least 2,000 years. One of the newest Olympic sports is an extremely
extensive history! Badminton received its name from Gloucestershire's Badminton House, Duke of
Beaufort's family house, where the sport took place in the previous siècle. The International
Badminton Federation is presently based on Gloucestershire.

weights onwards, backwards, and sides. Squats, leg presses, leg curls and leg
extensions are also available. To enhance the strength of the upper body, push the
shoulder, thoroughly press and down the latter. Badminton players require the extra
calories they need in order that they use vitamins like thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and iron-
like minerals. These vitamins and minerals should be obtained by adding in your diet new
fruits, vegetables, greens, eggs, etc.
