2. Belt body

• 2 different width of belt bodies

cutting widths up to 30 ft (25 ft.

4. Third AHC Sensor
Skid Plates for automatic header control (AHC)
Special skid plates for automatic height control and lateral tilt of the cutting
platform
Number of skid plates: - up to 20 ft. / 6,10 m => 2 skid plates
- 22 ft / 6,70 m and over => 3 skid plates
The skid plates touch the ground up to a maximum cutting height of 280 mm.

Remark: calibration of cutting platforms with 3 skid plates is identical to the


calibration of the original John Deere cutting platform.

5. Spare Parts organisation

• Basic cutting platform is identical to John Deere 600 series


cutting platform. Spare Parts can be ordered through John
Deere.
• Premium Flow – specific parts can be ordered at Zürn GmbH &
Co. Overnight Service within Germany (for orders until 4.30
p.m.)

6. Warranty

• We grant a one year warranty period for all parts except


wearing parts.
• Warranty claims for any parts of the Premium Flow
cutting platform can only be sent to Zürn – never to John
Deere !
• This applies also to Original John Deere parts which are
used within the Premium Flow cutting platform.
