1. PROFILE

RSUD RA BASOENI Mojokerto Regency is located at Jln. Rayagedeg no. 17, Gedeg
District, Mojokerto Regency. This hospital is the only referral hospital in the North of the
river. RA hospital B a soeni founded on 16 Mey, 2005.

In 2011 RSUD Basoeni participated in accreditation with 5 Working Groups. 2016

followed the 2012 edition of the strings accreditation with 15 Pokjas. And in 2019 completed
the 1st edition of the strings accreditation and in 2016 was awarded the Plenary Level
Accreditation Pass by the Hospital Accreditation Commissioner.

2. ROOM.

RSUD RA Basoeni currently has 9 services including emergency services, maternity

counseling counseling services, intensive care services, intensive neonatal care services,
operating room services, inpatient services, outpatient services, medical record services, and
mortuary services. There are also 3 new buildings and poly and laboratory rooms such as
polymata room, polyobgyn, NICU, lactation room, radiology, serology/immunology
laboratory, hematology laboratory, clinical chemistry laboratory, endoscopy room, triage
room, resuscitation room, observation room, isolation room, and ICU.

The superior services available at Basoeni Hospital are:

- Endoscopy service. A service with modern technology for supporting diagnosis of

disorders of the digestive tract system through a small camera that is inserted into the digestive
tract.
 - Cataract surgery services. Phacoemulsification is modern cataract surgery with very
small incisions and without sutures.

- Worktreatment services.

- 4-dimensional ultrasound service. This type of pregnancy examination uses

ultrasound which can capture images of the fetus in the uterus more clearly and can see the
movements and sounds of the fetus.

3. HEALTH WORKERS.

In 2005 Basoeni Hospital had 76 beds with 42 health workers including 2 specialists 10
general practitioners 30 nurses who were still being assisted by health workers from health
centers in Mojokerto. In 2019 there was an increase where Basoeni Hospital had 167 beds with
127 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees, 184 ASN or BLUD no, 17 specialist doctors, 2
specialist dentists, 1 dentist, 2 general practitioners 134 people medical, non-medical 95
people, non-nursing media 57 people.

4. PUBLIC FACILITIES.

Now at the time of registration at the Basoeni Hospital, it can be done by registering
