Playrix have extended their test groups to brand new players. Level
requirements have been lowered for some newly created towns. Crops and
Factories times have been increased.
Di!erent versions of Events are also distributed into test groups.

Community Building Information

Completing community buildings increases your town's population cap.

Enables you to build more houses to increase your "current population".
Community buildings are important because it helps to increase your population,
hence you can buy more fields.
The "pending additional population" is the di!erence between the population cap
and the current population.
"Population cap" is increased by completing community buildings that unlock after
level 5.
Here's an example:

Current population: 3,790

Population cap: 4,000
Pending additional population: 210

When the construction time of a building has elapsed, the building will be wrapped up
with balloons if you have the required construction materials in your barn to finish
construction, at which point you may choose to spend those materials to complete it. If
you are missing materials, the building will be surrounded with wood sca!olding with a
yellow construction helmet icon floating above. To see what materials you'll need to
finish each building, tap on the construction helmet.
Construction Materials for the community buildings are primarily delivered by train, and
the Tool Exchange {From Level 60} but may also be collected from the Zoo, the House
of Luck, and rewarded by Regattas and Events. Please see the trains and Tool Exchange
pages for additional notes on where to find materials.

Some buildings have animated features (just like factories when they are working). They
can be simple like the Post O"ce man checking his watch, while others are more
complex like the Roller Coaster or Fashion House. Visit Ernie or higher level friends to see
which buildings will animate in your town, or refer to the table below.

NOTE: If you build more than 1 community building at a time it may throw o! the
train algorithm and bring you extra unwanted materials. You can read more about
correcting this here.
Tips on Building Community Buildings

Complete the community building with the lowest amount of materials required first,
then continue in that order until you are back on track.
If you build more than 1 community building at a time it may throw o! the train
algorithm and bring you extra unwanted materials from Trains.
Avoid using the Tool Exchange more often.

Having too much of 1 type of construction material from trains can result in getting
too many of the same material. It's best to sell materials if you have too many of one
type. Find the lowest amount needed to finish a community building or barn upgrade
and sell the materials/tools down to 1 below what's required to complete the building
or upgrade.
Never exchange materials that you require to build community buildings with tools,
in the tool exchange
Using Tcash to buy materials is quite expensive. It's better to have the trains bring
the materials.

Tool Exchange

From level 60, new community buildings require special tools that cannot be obtained
from trains. These tools can only be produced by a special building, called Tool Exchange.
The Tool Exchange produces jackhammers, drills and electric saws. The first community
building requiring the special tools is the Planetarium.

Currently there are 73 community buildings at max population: 24,355

Community Buildings with star are animated, those with must be placed on
water.
Pages for each community building have been created, which means if you find it
di"cult or ine"cient to view the table below, you can type the community building
name that you want to know in the "Search" bar above.
