The Big Bang was one of the questionable theory in science history, up to this day. It still a hanging question that a lot of us asking, was Big Bang theory real? In the videos I watched, Big Bang was referred to how our universe was made, giving later existence to space, time, sound, light, galaxies, galaxy clusters, stars, the first atom, and first element and so on. Before Big Bang there was nothing, only a coalesced smaller than an atom called primeval atom or cosmic egg that scientists define as an infinite entity called, singularity which they believed to be the infant universe was extremely small, dense, and squeeze into a single point, existed, and nothing triggers the Big Bang to explode. Some cosmologists and physicists contradicted that Big Bang wasn’t really an explosion but rather expansion. The “Big Bang” was just a pun made by Sir Fred Hoyle from University of Cambridge, where he hides the reality to public that it was actually expansion happened to Big Bang. Relevantly, expansion was more of a factual description for the theory because of Edwin Hubble’s redshift discovery, which he observed the more distant the galaxy, the more reddened it lights become, and it turns out that light reddens if a galaxy moves away from our galaxy, Milky Way. And it proved the principles of Big Bang Theory that our universe kept on expanding at a phenomenal rate and continuous to grow even today. Though different theories about Big Bang continuously propose like collision of two universe, proposed theory of a supernova explosion recreated inside a laboratory, up to this day, but what is the real deal, we really don’t know? We can’t turn back to time to witness how it begun. People were born naturally curious. Like for me, being fascinated about space exploration, I witnessed how different space agencies around the world, especially, NASA and SpaceX, use advance technologies to seek proof to help us better understand how our universe was made and work. As a future scientist, knowing the beginning is understand everything. Today, I’ve learned more about how the universe expanded rather exploded, how the protons and neutrons sprung in existence and by that the first elements being created and prior to nucleosynthesis, how dust and particles immerged and form light, and deepened my knowledge about the singularity. Hearing a diverse outlook on how our universe works, it amplify my understanding because I gather a lot of ideas about this matter, but it didn’t change my perspective believing by God, because there are still things that mankind couldn’t prove and couldn’t be explained by science. Because science has its limitation scope after all. Maybe universe was already there, maybe life was already existed too, maybe it’s not? Thus, what maybe the true was, I stand believing God, but I let science to guide me. Science makes everything systematic. Science just took place, to guide and help us to better understand the world we are living and beyond, from the simplest to the complex matters.
