This research will be focusing in differentiating low-end products from high-end products and to
determine the kind of products that mostly preferred by the students of University of Caloocan City, especially,
Financial Management Students, to prevent discrimination and comparison between these products.
Rationale:
In our country, discrimination and comparison in terms of price and quality in products are frequently
happening. Most of the students are experiencing this matter not knowing that not all high-end products have
good quality and not all low-end products have poor quality. The researchers decided to conduct this research to
solve the matter between the two. Preference is something that is liked or wanted more than another thing. It has
a big effect to the market, mostly the competition between these two.

This research aims to outline the effects of financial consumptions on having online learning of
Financial Management students in University of Caloocan City. The financial implications of the shift to online
learning have been a leading concern for institutions of higher education. College students are already
experiencing financial stress. We, the researchers knew that the financial difficulties that have come with the
COVID-19 pandemic changed the lives of many students and what a typical day looks like for them.
Rationale
Parents, students, teachers and school administrators across the country worried about how to safely pull
off this new school term and still get people educated. The researchers wants to conduct this study because
Financial Management students in University of Caloocan City are not just worried about the quality of
education and scheduling, but also what online or partial online learning will do to their finances.

So, we choose this as one of our topic, the factors that influence the decision of Financial Management
students of University of Caloocan City in purchasing second hand clothing. Because, we want to deeper our
knowledge to know about the factors that influences the decision of some consumers particularly the Financial
Management student in UCC in purchasing clothes at Ukay-Ukay.

Rationale:
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions of
Financial Management students of University of Caloocan City. Digital marketing benefits businesses of all
sizes by giving access to the mass market at an affordable price but we all knew that it also had downsides and
challenges that we should be aware of and this is so important to all people especially now that online
businesses becomes huge because of pandemic.
