ChapterVIII. Life time
Change of characteristic by voltage of filament is as in the following.
1. Object

The purpose of experiment is to get product's confidence with life cycle. The X-ray Tube's life which is key

component has effect on product life. The life time of tube depends on vacuum , target and filament, 111

particular, the filament is finally destroyed by Thermal fatigue. Thermal fatigues can cause damage to t1 1

material and generate a crack by repeated the heating and cooling . Subdivide thermal fatigue into inten11 ,1

constraints, thermal stress fatigue , and thermal mechanical fatigue among them, thermal cyclic fatigue wh11 Ii

occurs in X-ray has effect on life time of Tube .
