Instructions:
Think of the customer segments that you have identified for your business idea. Fill the Customer Segment
section of the Value Proposition Canvas with the following:
o Customer Jobs
o Pains
o Gains
CUSTOMER JOBS:
1. Have a unique or custom footwear
2. Not having to spend much money
3. Impress their friends
PAINS :
1. Might not know what design they want
2. Not get the best price for the customize footwear
3. Not satisfied with the available service (not as expected)
GAINS :
1. Having a one of a kind design for their footwear
2. Having the recognition from their peers
3. Safetiness of their footwear (not dented or lost)
