Received your mail dated 20.10.2020 regarding career mentorship for the senior students of
MNSS, Rai. First of all I would like to congratulate your batch on completing 25 years of
passing out from the school and Silver Jubilee celebration from teaching, coaching & Admn.
fraternities of MNSS, Rai. We must appreciate your efforts and interests shown for your
alma mater to guide the present students for better future prospects.
As you know these are extra ordinary time due to Covid19. The students are already
overburden with online classes and the screen time is taking a toll on their mental & physical
health. It is due to this that we teachers at the school feel that the online psychometric
assessment of the students should take place only when the students are back in the school.
Moreover we have already got a psycho-assessment for past time consecutive years for the
students of IX to XII.
As far as career wise knowledge sharing sessions are concerned we proposed the same for
once a week on every Friday. Do contact Mrs. Babita Hooda of your batch for coordination
of the same.
Raist are known for their deep love for the institution. It is therefore no surprise that you are
planning to procure and deliver water cooler for hostel common rooms. We will happy to
accept any gift that you generously propose to gift to the students.
Thanking you,

Honorarium for extra classes conducted in the year 2014-15 and 2016-17 was to be
given 29 teachers and coaches in 2015 and 2017. However, the file was misplaced
when dealing hand was changed in 2017. The missing file was traced in 2019.
The queries of the hon’ble Principal & Director are answered as follows :-
1. There was no policy before 1980. After 1980, honorarium was paid whenever
vacational staff worked in the school during the period of vacations.
2. The Special Board decided the honorarium as a matter of policy.
3. No decision was taken later on regarding payment of honorarium, as non-teaching
staff ( mess and hostel staff ) have already been paid honorarium for the same period.
Submitted, please.
