1. Have you ever been interviewed for a job position?
= Yes, I have been interviewed.
2. How did you feel at that time?
= I was so nervous, but I believed in myself that I could do the interview, and I felt confident
with that
3. Did you get the position? Why or why not?
= Yes, I got it. I think, because I have many experiences that related to the position that I
chose in that interviewed so I could handle the interview perfectly at that time.

1. What is job interview?
= Based on the text, job interview is a process in which potential employee is evaluated by
an employer for prospective employment in thie company, organization or firm.
2. What is the purpose(s) of a job interview?
= How to find and determine the match between the characteristics of the applicant and the
job requirements. To find out the personality of the applicant. Look for relevant information
required in the job requirements.
3. What are the concepts of a job interview?
= The job-relevant constructs that have been assessed in the interview can be
classified into three categories: general traits, experiential factors, and core elements.
• The first category refers to relatively stable applicant traits.
• The second category refers to job knowledge that the applicant has acquired over time.
• The third category refers to the knowledge, skills and abilities associated with the job.
4. What are three categories of content in a job interview?
= There are three categories of content in job interview, which are:
Job interview relevant content (constract interview question are design to assess)
Interview Performance (applicant behavior unrelated to the applicant characteristis
