1 Technical Description
1.1 Automatic lubrication The serial manual central lubrication facilitates the lubrication of a
function construction group from one single point. Thereby the lubricant is
delivered to the respective lube points by a central lubricant dis
tribution block. The lubricant supply is carried out manually (seri
ally) via a manual pump or a lubrication pump (optional) that pumps
the lubricant to the central distribution block .

1.5 Programming Various settings in the central lubrication installation are set ex
works. These settings regulate the lubrication intervals and the lu
brication time. Have the default settings modified by the After Sales
Department if either the lubrication intervals or the lubrication times
do not meet your needs.
Interval time The interval time is the time between two lubrication processes. The
interaval time only runs down when the ignition is switched on. The
interval times are retained during interruptions. The new times are
added on restarting.
Operation time Operation time is the time in which the central lubrication pump is in
operation during a lubrication process. The operation time is con
trolled by the system via the piston detectors and limited by the
monitoring time.
Monitoring time The monitoring time starts with switching on the central lubrication
pump . Monitoring time is the time in which the piston detector has
to confirm with a checkback signal. The monitoring time is set at 25
min by the manufacturer.
Note
If another interval is necessary because of the local conditions, it
can be changed. Please contact the after sales service of the al
liance Sika−Putzmeister.
Note
An additional lubrication can also be carried out up to 3 times with
out the system being connected. The automatic lubrication cycle is
interrupted after the third notice grease tank empty".

Note
When working with the central lubrication installation, keep it clean!
Dirt in the system leads to malfunctions.
The grease has to be free from contaminations and may not change
its consistency in the course of time.
Danger
For cleaning the installation, use benzine or paraffin. Do NOT use
Tri, Per or similar solvents and polar, organic ones like alcohol, meth
anol, acetone or the like.
