2. Create a folder call it as your test case ID
3. Uninstall all previous versions of Screenovate apps.
4. Open Your Phone app on PC and make sure it is not installed or no any
devices appear under My devices

1 1. Install apps on PC and Mobile following Setup Instructions.


2. Start recording BT Trace following instructions in the attached How to
record BT Logs.docx (steps 1-5)

2 1. Open PC & Phone apps


2. Follow onboarding instructions and approve all required permissions
3 1. Make a call from PC app to any contact
2. Receive and answer call on PC from any contact
3. Send SMS from PC app to any contact

4 1. Receive an incoming call from a saved contact that has a picture saved
on his/her contact page on the phone
2. Click Message button
3. Make a screenshot and attach it to your test case on platform.

5 1. Receive an incoming call from another saved contact that has a picture
saved on his/her contact page on the phone
2. Click Message button

6 1. Receive an incoming call from another saved contact that has a picture
saved on his/her contact page on the phone
2. Click Message button

7 1. Disconnect PC and iPhone apps


2. Connect PC and iPhone apps again
8 1. Receive an incoming call from any saved contact that has a picture
saved on his/her contact page on the phone
2. Click Message button

9 1. Receive an incoming call from another saved contact that has a picture
saved on his/her contact page on the phone
2. Click Message button
10 Save BT Trace logs:
1. Stop recording BT Trace following instructions in the attached How to
record BT Logs.docx (steps 7-8)
2. Upload the "BthTracing.etl" file to the folder created on step 0.

11 Save logs on Mobile:


Shake iPhone from side to side that would open a Debug screen. Tap
Send next to Logs and send file to your email account as the attachment
in email.
Attach mobile logs to your test case on platform
12 Save all logs on PC following instructions in the attached DMC-logs.docx
Zip them and attach it to your test case on platform
