CREATION OF SEPARATE CORPUS FUND

The creation of separate corpus fund is necessary but without creating the
burden on government and without taking any loan from anybody. The simple
way would be that we will take the MNCs on panel who will donate the money
out of their CSR fund. At present the CSR funds of the companies are being
used as per their whims and fancies but now once we link it with our program,
the CSR funds will be used in more organised way. The corpus fund will be
under the direct supervision of concerned committees headed by the respective
Hon’ble Chief Minister.

THE SUBSIDISED RATES FOR MANUFACTURING MATERIALS.

Another support can be extended to supply the manufacturing-materials of
respective trade on a subsidised rate. This will help the industry to get sudden
and smooth boom in the manufacturing and its trade.

THE INTERSTATE BUSINESS TIE-UPS

The interstate business tie-ups will further add value to the trading of respective
business. The state-wise dealer /distributor network as exciting throughout the
country and as such that will facilitate to make more and more money for the
manufacturers.
THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TIE-UPS
The international business tie-ups will not only help the respective
entrepreneurs to grow but will also help the country to earn the foreign
exchange. If at all we proceed to ensure the international business tie-ups for the
respective trades; the result will be miraculous.

The schemes may be many, but what will be the benefit if we can’t ensure the

CENTRES.

the trade specific knowledge, recent trends, international practice, new
inventions, research and developments, so that the stakeholders are not just

We can also offer incentives in the form of tax rebates, which may work for
example: if particular stakeholder appoints 50 Manpower successfully for 1
year; the government can give the special tax rebates, or any other pecuniary
gains based on the salary packages which the stakeholder has paid throughout
the year. This, if at all allowed to work, will be resulted into revolution as this
will not keep the stakeholders intact but will also become helpful tool to
eradicate the unemployment from the root.

AND PROMOTE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.

like any MNC. The board must be headed by the Highly experienced marketing
head who will be bound to meet the target like any other MNC and his overall
performance will be further assessed by the Committee headed by the
concerned Hon’ble Chief Minister Directly. This idea of appointing the private
person as head of the commercials is to brush aside the mentality of
bureaucracy. The Head of the commercial board will be working like any
salesman to meet the targets but any IAS won’t be able to afford this much
grassroot work. Therefore to keep the commitments of growth uncompromised;
we will be making the employees of commercial board like 24x7 working
salesman who’s one and only job would be to meet the targets no matter what.
