On-Resistance vs. Junction Temperature

From the curve of RDS(on) vs. TJ, it’s seen the normalized RDS(on) is 1 at TJ=25°C, and 1.85 at TJ=150°C.
This indicates if the RDS(on) is 12mohm at TJ=25°C, it is expected to be 22.2 mohm at TJ=150°C.

K =( K - 150°C / K - 25°C ) = 1.85 / 1 => 1.85

∵ RDS(on) = 12mohm ∴RDS(on) - 150°C = ( RDS(0n) - 25°C x K ) = 12mohm * 1.85 => 22.2 mohm
