Capacitance vs. Drain-Source Voltage

MOSFET have three types capacitances, Ciss, Coss and Crss. Regarding to the relationship of these
capacitances, VDS voltage and frequency, it is introduced from above curve with a fixed frequency
to observe to variations of Ciss, Coss, and Crss. These three capacitances will affect the switching loss
of power system. Below shows defined three types capacitances.
