Tourist Guide: Ok, Kiley. In the first instance I would like to know where are you from.

Kiley: Sure, I’m from Germany in Munich, it’s such a good place u should visit us one day, you
look so nice.

Edisson: Of course I will, as a matter of fact I’m learning German, and I know it’s so complicated,
but girl, I’m trying so hard to learn this.

Kiley: Keep it up buddy. It’s hard at first as an any language, but as soon as u get it, it’ll be easier.
Actually I know 5 languages, German as a native language, Portuguese, French, Italian and
Chinese.

Edisson: Wow, Kiley. How’d you learn them.

Kiley: I have lived in each country for 4 years except in Germany. I lived in Germany my first 16
years, then I moved to Italy, then Portugal, then France and currently I’m living in china because of
my job.

Edisson: That’s awesome. I’m pretty sure you are going to enjoy this trip.

Kiley: I hope so.

Edisson: Ok, Kiley. I want to express our gratitude toward you and tell you that Colombia gives
you a warm welcome. We are located in Islas Del Rosario or Rosario islands, any way you want to
call this.

Kiley: Bro, this looks amazing.

Edisson: I know, this is actually one of my favorite places to visit in Colombia. Colombia has many
places you might visit, you won’t regret about it.

Kiley: That’s why I’m here; I’ve heard lot about Colombia. Such a wonderful spots I want to enjoy.

Edisson: Yeah. I’m pretty sure you will. The Rosario Islands is a small archipelago made up of
some 28 islands, which is part of the insular zone of Cartagena de Indias, with a land area of 20
hectares located off the coast of the Department of Bolívar, at the same latitude that the peninsula of
Barú.

Kiley: Damn it, I’m so excited for this.

Edisson: Besides this, The Rosario Islands are known for their fine beaches, complete with pure
white sand, crystal clear ocean waters, and relative peace and quiet, especially compared to
neighboring beaches like Playa Blanca or Bocagrande. This place offers excellent places for quiet
accommodation and a multitude of activities for all tastes.

Kiley: I’d like to have a boat, as you can see I came alone. What would be the cost?

Edisson: The rates are fixed and per trip, depending on the number of people who enter the vehicle
and the boat. In your case as you’re 1 only person it is going to be cheaper. The coast will be 97
dollars. There are also speedboats that go to tourist sites and Alcatraz boats (150-200 people) that
offer a day tour if you plan to return around 4:00 PM. The cost is approximately 20 to 30 dollars +
the port tax without forgetting the cost of the taxi to get to and from the dock. A typical dinner is
offered. Some sites cost more than $ 40.

Kiley: It sounds so cheap. I would like to know what activities I can do and don’t get tired of.

Edisson: Sure, there are a lot of activities you can enjoy; I’m giving you the most visited and
funnier activities. The first one would be Snorkeling, Home to more than 1,300 species of marine
animals and plants, the Rosario Islands are a paradise for snorkeling. The Rosario Islands are
undoubtedly one of the best places to visit in Colombia if you are interested in excellently preserved
coral reefs and spectacular views of underwater life. Grab your camera and underwater goggles and
get ready to explore life beneath the waves.

Kiley: Definitely I’m going there. Which more?

Edisson: Kayak. Besides being known for its beautiful beaches and unique mix of cultures, Isla
Grande is also home to a beautiful mangrove forest. The mangroves grow along the sides of the
river and provide a super unique kayaking route. Another would be Pirate Island, if the aquarium
isn't your scene, you can head to Pirate's Island to search for buried treasure. Although you may not
find any pirate loot, we guarantee that you will find beautiful calm waters and sand perfect for
making sand castles. Named for its historical use by pirates of the Caribbean, Pirate Island is now
known for being home to a stunning beach with extremely calm and clear waters.
