BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

A laptop/Desktop with speaker/headset with a good internet connection is

desirable (or) a mobile phone with sufficient mobile data for at least three
hours per day.

GOOGLE MEET using PC: Use the link sent to your whatsapp group to join
the class.

GOOGLE MEET using mobile: Install GOOGLE MEET from Play Store and
use the link sent to your whatsapp group to join the class.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED BY PARTICIPANTS:

 Google Meet code will be given.

 Depending on your network speed, there may be a delay in joining the
class. Please be patient and try it again to join.
 Please use 4G networks for good connectivity.
 Google Meet code will be enabled from 10.45 AM before the online
webinar and participants are requested to join using the code before
10.55 AM to maintain the class schedule.
 Participants are requested to put your mike in mute mode and turn off
your video before joining the class to save your mobile data and to
increase the voice clarity of the speakers.
 Participants are not allowed to share their screen as the same will be
displayed to all students and speakers.
 Participants are only allowed to put their doubts/questions in the chat
box and are not allowed to type any other irrelevant things.
 Sufficient time will be allotted for discussion at the end of each on line
lecture and the speaker will clarify the doubts raised only in the chat
box.
 Don’t share the link with others as you may not be able to get connected
to the class.
 For attendance purpose meeting are recorded, so all Participants must
participate without fail. Participants causing any kind of distractions
during the class may be removed by the admin without any prior
intimation for the smooth conduct of the class.
