Abstract
In this report, the statement that was introduced in the thesis for my paper was Corporal
punishment that should be used in K12 schools. The report of the outline comprises of three
primary points that are: the cons of corporal punishment in the k12 school and the pros of
corporal punishment and the utilization of corporal punishment with regards to the context of our
country "Nepal". It represents how both the gatherings of parties that argue for & against
corporal punishment have kept solid strong explanations behind their side as in the arguments.
Additionally, some data from believable assets is remembered in the figuring out and to help the
referenced three primary concerns. After figuring out the concerns, there will be an introduction

Introduction
Individuals who state contentions for and against the utilization of corporal punishment in K12
schools have their own strong explanation for it. Likewise, it has present the strong cons & pros
of their parts in the contention that has made this issue a disputable topic for a quite a long time
now. One portion of the individuals ensures that corporal punishment assists with keeping
students in proper order, discipline & the other half contend that it ruins their physical,
psychological & mental health of the student. While we observe the cases from both the side,
both of them seems to be right from their point of view or perspective. In some of the countries,
the debatable topic tends to ban the punishment in their country from schools and different
tuition centers. However, still, some of the nations or countries actually permit it to some
restraint. With regards to my country 'Nepal', corporal punishment can be seen normally in k12
schools. Students were brutally punished before yet these days the schools have been advised to
utilize corporal punishment with some restraint by governing body. ( Rimal H, S,. and
