    Instruction: Follow the steps given:

    1. Copy and complete all the information needed in MS Word.

    ADDRESS:

    BIRTHDAY:

    COURSE & YEAR:

    2. In page layout area, set the following:

    A. Paper size: letter

    B. Orientation: portrait

    C. Margin (Top, Bottom, Left and Right) is 1”

    3. Save the document with file name:


    (ACTIVITY1_Surname, Name_Student/Application Number)
    Save as type: PDF

    4. Submit accomplished ACTIVITY to your EDMODO CLASS GROUP.
