Objectives:
At the end of the home visit the family will be able to:
1. Know the importance of antenatal and postnatal care.
2. Comprehend the possible results when having a postpartum hemorrhage.
3. Give consent to the planned activities or nursing care to be performed like
estimating the blood loss.
4. Cooperate in the interview or assessment activity of the nurse.
5. Agree in the planned or set activities by both the nurse and members of the
family like regular clinic visit, agreed medication or supplemental regimen, etc.

Plan of Activities Rationale

14. Get the bag from the table,
fold paper/plastic lining and
insert paper/plastic lining in
the upper portion of the bag.
15. Make appointment for the
next visit.
