Many criminals commit further crimes as soon as they released from prison.

What do you think are the causes of this? What possible solutions can you
suggest?
In this day and age, the number of re-offenders has soared in recent years. There are
several causes leading to this problem, but the main cause comes from society. The cause
and how to solve this problem will be discussed in this essay.
To begin with, unemployment is the main issue why many criminals get back to
break the law after discharging from prison. This is due to the fact that it is almost
impossible to seek a corporation where accepts easily an ex-convicted person, because
the employer may fear that ex-prisoners will continue the malpractice and eventually
causes loss to the company. Therefore, ex-convicts cannot afford basic needs for life so
that they have to reunite with old criminal groups and engage in criminal activities. As a
recent survey in the US, approximately 67% of blackmail cases have been done by
criminals who served prison sentences in the past.
Nevertheless, there are several solutions that lawbreakers do not come back to
commit crimes. First and foremost, the government not only be tough on crimes but also
get ex-offenders a chance of rehabilitation and teach them how to become useful
members of society. To illustrate, German jails regularly have provided such programs or
campaigns which could assist as crimes to find a way of dispelling the crime habit so that
the crime rate in Germany plunges gradually in recent years. Furthermore, citizens should
make an effort to support ex-convicts instead of isolating them. According to a recent
report, almost former prisoners had the opportunity to make a fresh start they are released
from prison.
In conclusion, although distinctive reasons give rise to re-offending, the government
and society could handle all of these difficulties.
