TUSNISIA, WAHA CPF, OMV on September, 09th 2021

Dear Sir,

In the following document you will find the daily report for the service of the
JENBACHER J312, G2.

As per the agreement, mission started on spetember 09th 2021 with the
mobilisation a team of 4 experienced Mechanics in the maintenance of
Jenbacher engines.
This report will be sent on a daily basis showing the advancement of the project.

Day0. 28/09/2021

- Travelling from Tunis to waha CPF.

- Meeting with HSE responsible (Induction, work permit preparation)
- Meeting with team lead maintenance superintendent.
- Start work at 4:30 p.m.
- Receipt of materiel; Spare parts and J312 Gas engine & Generator on common base.
- Unloading of J312 gas genset on common base.
- Put all the accompanying parts in the g2 container.
- Packing of new J312 genset.
- 7:00 Pm end of the day.
  Notes:
- All steps during the operations of lifting of the Jenbacher unit in OMV Waha according
to the OEM instructions (ref : Technical Instructions No.: 1000-0042 Lifting, transporting
and positioning GE Jenbacher units in/out engine room)
- The work steps were running smoothly.
- All material received was kept in good condition.
Day 1. 29/09/2021

 Mechanical part:
- Ventilation system disassembly
- Electrical safe isolation
- Ensure complete oil drainage
- Guarantee gas inerting and work in a secure environment.
- Disassembly of manifold exhaust (Elbow).
- Remove all flex connectors and valves of hot and cooling water line (Valves, 2ways
connection ... etc.)
 Electrical and instrument part:
- Remove all electrical cables in the engine.
- Disassembly of all thermocouple in the engine.
- Tagging for all cables.

 A safe acces was prepared to bring out some parts of engine and the long block.
 Some picture for the progress of work.
Day 2. 30/09/2021

- Disconnected and disassembly of ignition module.

- Disconnected power electric panel.
- Cooling water line and scrubber disconnected.
- Disassembly of air filter bracket and expansion vessel.
- Remove auxiliary oil pump.
- Move the Genset out, using carriage with caster till Genset arrive near to the Room Edge.
Notes:

- Tenerflow team following closely the application of HSE OMV Standards during operations.
Day 3.01/09/2021

- Lifting groupe J312 outside with forklift, crane and carriages.

- Dismantling the old genset and reinstall the new unity on skid.
- Lifting of new genset and push it inside with forklift and carriages.

- Implement the new genset with carriages.

Day 4.02/09/2021

- Perform axial alignment of engine.

- Lifting and Implement of generator to perform axial alignement.
- Fixed rubber coupling element and tighten to 190Nm.
- Fixed the crown and tighten to 190Nm.
- Fixed the hub to 80Nm.

Day 5 .0/09/2021
- Fixed electric panel M1 on skid.
- Continued to implement the new genset with carriages in the room.

- Implement new strip.

 - Lifting and mounting of old genset on common base.

Day 5. 03/09/2021

- Routing of electrical cables.

- Fixing of the power cables to the generator.

- Mounting of ignition controller panel.

- Mounting of intake air collector.
- Replacing of air filter support.
- Mounting of filter.

- Mounting of gas line on old genset.

Day 6. 04/10/2021
- Installation of engine cooling water return line.
- Continue the routing of electric cables.
- Installation of oil pump.
- Check electrical continuity.
- Mounting of temperature and pressure sensors.

Day 7. 05/10/2021
- Assembling flanges of the mixture cooler.
- Assembling of gas mixing flex connector.
- Start assembling of flex connectors and valves of hot and cooling water line
(Valves, 2ways connection ... etc.) and changing gaskets.
- Changing hoses of warming device.
- Connect all sensors in engine.

- Lifting and loading of old G2.

Day 7. 06/10/2021
- Connect heat exchanger.
- Mounting of air filter.
- Mounting of expansion tanks.

- Mounting of exhaust elbow.

 - Mounting of all flex connectors and valves of hot and cooling water line.

- Carried out the electrical work at 80/.

Day 8. 07/10/2021
- Mounting of internal automatic curtain.
- Cleaning and mounting of all filters of ventilation system.
- Mounting of external curtain.
- Complete the electrical work and starting the check of job achieved.
Day 9. 07/10/2021
- Wiring of automatic curtain
- Cleaning of work area
- Cleaning of the engine and the room.
- Mounting of Pre-filter.
