The main aim was :
• To design spaces which bring closer to nature and • PERMISSABLE FAR : Between 2 and 2.5

• Tower A consists of 3bhk units and Tower B consists of 1bhk and 2bhk
units.
• In total there are 140 units respectively.
• Club area is at 4th floor.
• First service floor is provided at 7th floor and after that every 5 floors.

• For hotel user surface parking for 80 cars being provided.
