The project developed is a 5 star business


hotel in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).
The process has focused on creating
spaces with keeping the user group and
user psychology in mind by fullfilling
the necessities of a 5 star hotel an also
providing users with lavish amenities
possible.

The concept of providing stepped Terraces with
green belt and seating spaces was to provide
breakout zones on each floor which could be
used by large families and business executives
being the prime users for small meets and
