Part 2. Performance task: Perform the Physical Fitness activities (Jumping
jack for Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Curl – Ups for Muscular endurance,
Push – Ups for Muscular Strength). Put a check on the given box.

Jumping Jack
STEPS:
1. Stand upright with your legs together,
arms at your sides.
2. Bend your knees slightly, and jump
into the air.
3. As you jump, spread your legs to be
about shoulder-width apart.
4. Stretch your arms out and over your
head.
5. Jump back to starting position.
Curl- ups
1. Pupil lies flat on the floor, knees bent
with heels about 6 inches from the buttocks, feet slightly apart and held
down firmly on the floor by his partner;
2. Pupil with straight elbows places hands on knees and holds himself up
by holding firmly to his knees. This is the starting position.
