Direction: Arrange the following into chronological order (1-4 or 5). Write the number into the square to place

Start counting as learner lower his/her body until he/she reaches the 90 degrees angle at the elbow

For the timekeeper start the time at the signal GO! and stop once the performer reaches the side where
he/she started. Record the time of revolution.
Repeat the test moving counterclockwise.
Stand, feet together inside the hexagon facing the mark starting side. At the signal Go! jump clockwise
over the line then back over the same line inside the hexagon mark. Rest for 1 minute.
Restart the time if the performer jumps the wrong side or steps on the line.

For the partner, place zero points of the tape measure at the take offline, after the jump spot the mark
where the back heel of inner feet of the tester has landed nearest to the take offline. Record the distance
between the two trials.
Bend knees and swing arms backward once, swing arms forward as you jump landed on both feet.
Stand behind the take-offline with feet parallel to each other. The tips of the shoes should not go beyond
the line.
Perform the test twice in succession.
Jump as far as you can. Do not control the momentum of the jump and must land on both feet.

Put two stones on one circle.
The performer stands on the circle with a two (2) stones. On the signal Go! the performer picks up one
stone and run put it on the second circle, and come back, pick up the second stone and transfer it to the
second circle and the timer stop.
Measure ten (10) meters and draw a circle to both ends.
For the timekeeper, start the timer on the signal GO! tap the timer after the
performer put the second stone in the circle and record the time.

Perform the test twice. Bouncing or Jerking is not allowed.
Interlocked thumb positions the tip of the finger on the floor without bending the elbow. For the partner,
position the tape measure zero (0) centimeter on the tip of the finger.
Slide the hand slowly forward without jerking, reach the farthest as possible without bending the knees.
For the partner, record the distance.
Sit on the floor with the head and back flat on the wall. Feet 12 inches apart.
