Opening Activity Duration: 6 minutes


Eliciting students created objectives Set the context of the new unit of work.
Start off the next topic. Embed the learning of the last topic before moving on.
Recap the learning from last lesson. Test learning.
Check learning before moving on. Totally unconnected with the topic (Energizers)

Opening Activity Details: Stop, think, click (6 minutes- transition, attendance, warm up activity)
Attendance- General feedback on previously given speeches- areas of strength and areas for improvement

During the lesson Duration: 35 minutes


1- Speech assessment- Individual students will continue performing their speech assessment.

2- Teacher will provide individual feedback

Ending the lesson Duration: 5 minutes

Students will be completing the following exit ticket at the end of the lesson ( single and double periods
