SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

This study is timely and relevent, online learning is gaining popularity as flexible mode of
delivery of learning. This study is significant to the following:

a. The Teacher: The findings of this study will serve as a foundation for teachers to implement
measures and methods that will assist them in making online learning more effective.
b. School Administrator and Staff: The research will help them plan and implement the programs
and projects that will make online teaching a normal and better ay of providing educational
services.
c. The Parents: The study`s findings will give the parents ideas about how online learning works,
resulting in better learning environment att home.

HYPOTHESIS

1. Synchronous learning has both positive and negative impact to the students academic
performance.
2. Students with adequate resources and stable internet connection are more likely to adapt easily
to the new way of learning than those who do not.

OBJECTIVES

The research aim the following:

1. Determine the impact of sychronous learning to academics performance of students.


2. Determine the challenges encountered in regards to synchronous learning modality.
3. Establish solutions to challenges encountered in synchronous learning modality.
