Time Context
The company was started by Edgar Sia, who owned his first business at the age of twenty.[2] Sia
engaged in the food business at twenty-six years of age, opening the first Mang Inasal branch in
2003 at the Robinsons Mall Carpark in Iloilo City. The restaurant was an instant success, despite
stiff competition from other established grilled-food restaurants.
The chain opened its first branches within the Visayan region, then expanded to neighboring
Mindanao to the south before spreading to Metro Manila. The company started franchising in
2005. By 2008, Mang Inasal had opened 23 restaurants, with ten being franchised.[3] In 2009,
Mang Inasal expanded to over a hundred branches.
In October 2010, 70% of Mang Inasal was acquired by Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), for ₱3
billion ($68.8 million).[4] In April 2016, JFC (Jollibee Food Corporation) acquired the remaining
30% previously belonging to Injap Investment which is owned by Inasal's founder.

III. Statement of the problem


How can Mang Inasal sustain its … Welcome to my channel! As such, customer satisfaction and
profit maximization are its primary goals. if mang inasal were indeed a losing proposition, jfc
will not buy it. Mang inasal ( Ilonggo term for Mr Barbecue) the Philippines fastest growing
barbeque fast food chain serving chicken inasal pork barbeque and other filipino favorites , was
first established on December 12 2003 in Iloilo city. Success in fast food.
● One of the problems of Mang inasal is lack of manpower, because we know that they
serve unli rice to the customer, they also need to wait for the server to come even if it
takes long.
● The rice is not that well cooked sometimes, they need to be consistent.

IV. Statement of objective


● The big store of Mang inasal must have some manpower to serve all the coming
customers at the same time.
● The cook/chef of every store must undergo a different type of program to be qualified
and should know how to make the foods well to satisfy the customer.
● Clean all the facilities the store has like comfort room and other materials that the
customer and staff are using.
