Reflection paper in relation to Arnis movements using the 12 basic attacks and 12 blocks.

Arnis is a martial art that uses two sticks as a weapon. Arnis is a martial art that is used is used
for self-defense systems. Arnis is a martial art type that combines devastating elbows and knees, joints,
and fast combinations. Arnis consolidates its attack and blocks into one. The block can turn into a rapid
counter-attack, and the attack can easily be a block, giving the person an edge in battle since it makes
unpredictable.

In Arnis, the blocking can also be a strike. It is striking the opponent's vital points instead of
blocking the stick. A strike can also be a counter-attack to our opponent, and the block can be a set up
for a strike to our opponent. In Arnis, we should be wise in what to do because of one wrong move, and
our opponents can grab the opportunities to attack us. We should be aware of our opponent's strike and
block so that we will not hurt.

Block can also be a strike; it is striking the opponentsvital points instead of blocking the stick. I
also learned that a strike can also be a setup tocounter attack your opponent and a block can be a setup
for a strike to your opponent. In Arnisyou should be wise in what to do, because you wouldnt know the
consequence youropponent will give to you. You should be aware of your opponents strike and you
should be fastin blocking when your opponent strikes, because once you give a wrong position of
blocking,you will be hurt.
