About role

The responsibility of Senior SAP HCM Support Analyst is to support clients in the implementation and support of SAP HCM
module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP HCM solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP
technology into the client's business environment including resolving defects and working on enhancements, integration and
reconciliation in order to achieve expected business results.

Key responsibilities
 Responsible for supporting the SAP Payroll (PY) and SAP Time Management (PT) and other modules within SAP
HCM
 Responsible in requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing,
deployment, and post go live support
 Carryout FUT of the fixed Incidents and coordinate with business for the UAT signoff and manage the deployment
of the fix
 Provide high quality support service in accordance with company expectations
 Responsible for the investigation and resolution of incidents on a day-to-day basis with SLA’s
 Take responsibility from time to time and support on various projects along with regular support
 High willingness to learn new applications (SAP/Non-SAP) that are integrated to SAP HCM and provide support
 Assessing and suggesting the required upgrades in the form of support packs/enhancement packs

 Engage with the business (HRPS) and internal stakeholders
 Work closely with Product Owner, Developers and Business stakeholders

External Presence
 Engage with SLB vendors to deliver effectively

Qualifications and Requirements


 8-10 years of experience using SAP HR in design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules Organizational
Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll and Travel Management.
 Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience in SAP HCM projects
 In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules especially: Payroll/Time Management/Benefits/ESS/MSS/T&E
 Knowledge in US/Canada payroll is an added advantage
 Should be aware of all statutory requirements for taxes based on the payroll country
 Expertise in SAP HCM and related business processes including integration with related modules (Finance,
Security, SRM etc.)
 Expert in payroll schemas and Rules
 Ability to develop functional specification documentations and provide solutions based on the business
requirements
 Experience with integrating and interfacing third-party vendors with SAP
 Knowledge in Year End activities and SAP Note implementations

Essential qualifications
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
 Must be SAP HCM literate
 Effective communication skills, written and verbal
 Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
 Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
 Must be an effective problem solver

Other skills and abilities


 Desirable SAP HCM Certified
 ABAP/Debugging skills or Technical knowledge is an added advantage
 HR domain experience is an added advantage
