About role
The responsibility of Senior SAP HCM Support Analyst is to support clients in the implementation and support of SAP HCM
module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP HCM solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP
technology into the client's business environment including resolving defects and working on enhancements, integration and
reconciliation in order to achieve expected business results.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the SAP Payroll (PY) and SAP Time Management (PT) and other modules within SAP
HCM
Responsible in requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing,
deployment, and post go live support
Carryout FUT of the fixed Incidents and coordinate with business for the UAT signoff and manage the deployment
of the fix
Provide high quality support service in accordance with company expectations
Responsible for the investigation and resolution of incidents on a day-to-day basis with SLA’s
Take responsibility from time to time and support on various projects along with regular support
High willingness to learn new applications (SAP/Non-SAP) that are integrated to SAP HCM and provide support
Assessing and suggesting the required upgrades in the form of support packs/enhancement packs

Must be SAP HCM literate

Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Must be an effective problem solver
